Outreach
The Outreach, Intervention and Engagement Team works in close partnership with schools, parents and carers to provide positive and structured reintegration programmes for students, whether they return to their previous school or have a fresh start elsewhere.
The team also supports Senior Leaders to improve outcomes for young people who are at risk of exclusion by delivering individually tailored behaviour management and mentoring sessions. The team also supports Managed Moves in the area for the Behaviour and Attendance Partnership.
Schools can commission OEI support as part of the Positive Referral Process offered by NEECA to its partner schools and academies.
