At NEECA we deliver a programme that is adaptive in its activities and teaching so that all students are supported to achieve their optimum career outcome.

Learners with an EHCP, SEND or are in Local Authority Care are supported by the careers team and receive careers guidance appointments with a specialised adviser. The career learning programme is informed by the Talentino SEND Gatsby Benchmark Tool kit and is supported by the Greater Essex Careers Hub.
